What about Collosians 2:16-17?

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath   days:  Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body   is   of Christ.   Col 2:16-17 Is the context here that since you are not observing the Torah with respect to what you eat or any holy day or new moon or sabbath, no one should judge you?  If you are not observing these commandments, is it no big deal because they are just "shadows"?   Or, could it be something different?  What if the context is that you are observing Torah, you do eat and drink clean, that you observe holydays, and new moons and sabbath days?  Should you ignore those that judge you for being observant?  Who is this "man that judges you"?  Who is Paul referring to?  Well, actually, he tells us in the following: Col 2:8   Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit , after the tradition of men , af...

The Hebrew Roots movement These are my notes from my initial investigation of what the Hebrew Roots movement/awakening is about.  There is no central denominational statement of faith.  There is no denomination per se. It's a loose affiliation of like minded believers who believe in the "Whole Word" of God.  They don't always agree amongst themselves.  But they do hold common beliefs it appears and to which I want to share here.
